If you plan to travel internationally during the summer break, you must inform the university and obtain a travel authorization signature on your DS-2019 form from the responsible officer. This authorization is necessary for re-entry into the United States.

2. Change of Address:

If you move to a new address during the summer, please inform the university immediately. Maintaining your contact information up-to-date is crucial to maintain your SEVIS record correctly.

3. Monthly Reports:

Even during the summer break, J-1 Research Scholars must submit their monthly reports. Please ensure your reports are updated and submitted on time via the university's research portal.

4. First Meeting of Fall Semester:

The first meeting for the Fall 2024 semester will be held on the third Thursday of August. I will make sure to announce more details closer to the date.
