We sincerely appreciate your continued dedication to your research and academic pursuits. Please find below the details for the upcoming March J-1 Researcher Meeting.

The March meeting will be held as scheduled on Thursday, March 26, at 11:00 a.m. (Central Time) via Zoom.

The presenters for this session are as follows:

Taejung Jeon, Donghun Yoo, Hyejeong Choi, Jieun Sang, and Yunjung Kim.

For continuing researchers, presentations should be approximately 15–20 minutes in length and include an overview of your completed research, current projects, and future plans. You are also encouraged to incorporate aspects of your life in the United States, such as travel experiences, personal reflections, and family life.

For newly appointed researchers, please prepare a 10–15 minute presentation outlining your research topic, proposed plans, and the direction of your work during your time at our institution.

You may choose your preferred presentation format, including PowerPoint, photographs, or video materials. Kindly submit your presentation materials to me in advance.

When joining the Zoom session, please ensure that your display name reflects your full name and that your camera is turned on.

Please note that absence from the meeting without prior notice and a valid reason may result in restrictions on program extension eligibility and the issuance of your completion certificate, depending on the number of absences.
